Floral Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my own container?

Yes....we have many to choose from, but it's also perfectly acceptable to bring something you already have!

How much do I need to spend?

This can be a loaded question - after getting with you, our designers will gather the details and will help you target in on a budget. You will always know before leaving the store, how much you will spend - no surprises here. We actually create a price range in which we believe it will take to create your design and that you are comfortable with. We also get from you a "maximum" amount. This is an amount that you absolutely will not spend more than. This may sound confusing, but this is how it all works....let's say your price range is from $150-175, with a maximum of $200. While creating your design, if we finish the floral at $160, everything is fine. If we get into it, and realize that $175 is not going to cover it, we call you and let you know where we are with the price, in this example $175 We would then (for example) let you know we believe we can make it complete at $190, we would then ask if this is ok, and then you decide from there. You're always in control! And honestly, we only have to make this call less than 5% of the time.

Can I have my floral arrangement designed while I wait?

Typically not! Special circumstances may exist, but as a general rule, we try to get custom florals finished within 7-10 business days. Christmas and holiday times can always through kinks into this, so place your orders early!

What if I don't like my floral when it is finished?

First, and most importantly tell your designer! Many times what looks like impossible to fix is really a minor adjustment to your designer!

We try to make every floral perfect for our clients - however, if you simply don't care for the arrangement after attempts to change it, don't be concerned to refuse to purchase, it's OK!

Do you make house calls to see what florals I need?

Yes, a designer fee of $100 for a 1 hour consultation is available to assist you. We encourage you however to take pictures and provide dimensions - save your money - many many times a consultation isn't necessary!

Can someone help me chose colors and flowers?

A designer is here to help you make those choices. You can provide a designer with pictures of the area, pillows, paint chips, etc. Any of these clues will help our designers make the arrangements perfect!
